Dutch Road Tour 2007 (Province of Zeeland)

On route...

On the August the 18th we went on route for the third Dutch annual NCRS Road Tour. This year the tour was organized by Michael Westenberg. Each year we select another one of the twelfth Dutch provinces so this year Zeeland, located in the south-west was selected.

Water

The Zeeland provinces is famous for its continues battle against the Sea. Water was almost continues available during our trip (luckily we only had one, very light, shower). Here a short stop to allow some sailing boats to pass a bridge.

Long trip

For some the trip was a bit to long. Two of our members clocked the trip on app. 130 miles (excl. the distance to and from the starting point in Moerdijk).

Female participation

During the trip a lot of the gathered ladies were also to be found in the driver seat...

Nice shot

Delta works

Here a nice shot of one of the parts of the Delta Works.

Lunch

Halfway the trip it was time for a nice, greasy lunch...
